Industrial Engineer

• Analyze and improve existing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output.
• Develop workflows, layouts, and production planning models.
• Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, and efficiency evaluations.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions.
• Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma practices, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and data-driven recommendations for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
• Proven experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools, ERP/MRP systems, and statistical analysis software.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies (Certification an advantage).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
