- Matric
- 2–3 years’ experience in large-scale catering operations
- Knowledge of nutritious meal planning suitable for learners
- Strong understanding of HACCP and Food Safety standards
- Familiarity with R638 compliance regulations
- Computer literate (MS Office and catering systems)
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and during school events
- Strong organizational and team coordination skills
- Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
