***THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE***We're hiring on behalf of a well-established motor dealership that's known for its great vehicles, strong brand reputation, and solid customer service. They're looking for a hands-on Financial Manager to take the lead in managing the day-to-day financial operations and help drive the financial health of the business. In this role, you'll work closely with the leadership team, get involved in budgeting and forecasting, and keep an eye on financial performance to make sure everything stays on track. It's a busy environment, so they're looking for someone sharp, detail-focused, and confident in their numbers-someone who understands the motor retail world and knows how to keep things running smoothly.Your responsibilities will includeOverseeing the dealership's full financial functionPreparing monthly financial statements, forecasts, and budgetsMonitoring performance and identifying trends or red flags earlyEnsuring compliance with financial standards and regulationsCollaborating with other departments to improve systems and efficiencyManaging external relationships (banks, auditors, etc.)Leading a small team and building a strong finance departmentJob RequirementsMatric CertificateA relevant Financial Degree or Diploma (Accounting, Finance, etc.)A valid Drivers LicenseSolid experience as a Financial Manager in a franchised motor dealershipHands-on knowledge of a dealership system, ideally EvolveGreat problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailGood communication and team leadership abilitiesA clean criminal and credit recordA stable work history
