- Engaging with Product Owners within the RSAWEB Business team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Contributing to the development of RSAWEB Business Annual Marketing Plan by researching which areas to target, pricing and developing new and exciting promotions.
- Provide effective self-leadership and provide guidance to members of the RSAWEB Business team for Marketing Execution.
- Coordinating and managing the development of marketing projects and activities as planned, for RSAWEB Business, working with the Marketing team.
- Organizing the sourcing and final production of branded items and collateral whilst keeping stock of inventory, placing orders; verifying payment and receipt.
- Provides insights to the RSAWEB Business team, through competitive market research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising.
- Prepares marketing reports specific to RSAWEB Business by tracking, analysing, and summarizing sales and marketing data.
- Monitoring and updating progress of the RSAWEB Business Annual Marketing plan, at a project level with the key stakeholders in RSAWEB Business, Marketing and at executive level as required.
- Monitors RSAWEB Business allocated marketing budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts.
- Matric Certificate is essential. Tertiary level marketing Diploma or Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience and/or project management in a similar environment.
- Proven ability to plan, develop and execute marketing plans.
- Effective self-leadership abilities.
- Effective relationship management skills internally and with Fibre Network Operators.
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are preferred.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to delighting customers and creating a trusted environment for team members and customers to engage in.
- Ownership – able to take responsibility, troubleshoot problems and work with teams to get results.
- Ruthless on customer service excellence.
- Must be proficient in both oral and written communication skills (English and Afrikaans).
