We are currently seeking a skilled Demand Planner to join our team.As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing demand patterns, developing accurate forecasts, and implementing strategies to optimize inventory levels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources to meet customer demands.Responsibilities

Analyze demand patterns and develop accurate forecasts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as customer demand and inventory levels.
Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
Regularly review and adjust forecast models based on market trends and new product introductions.
Conduct root cause analysis on forecast variances and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Demand Planner or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in demand planning software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices.
