DescriptionA well-established game lodge is looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Front of House (FOH) Assistant to join the hospitality team. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting guests with professionalism and warmth
- Managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints effectively
- Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in reception and guest areas
- Previous hospitality or FOH experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literacy and administrative abilities
- Professional, well-groomed appearance
- Live-in accommodation (rent-free)
- All on-duty meals accounted for
- Free Wi-Fi, electricity, and water fees
- Transport to and from Vaalwater (collection and drop-off point)
