We are seeking a skilled Draughtsman to join our client and their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent drawing skills, and the ability to create accurate technical drawings for a variety of projects. The Draughtsman will work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to produce detailed drawings that adhere to industry standards and project requirements.Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to understand project requirements and objectives
- Review and interpret design specifications, schematics, and blueprints
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings by verifying dimensions, materials, and other details
- Make revisions to drawings as needed based on feedback from team members
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files of drawings and other project documentation
- Adhere to industry standards and best practices for technical drawing and draftingRequirements:
- Previous experience as a Draughtsman or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent drawing and drafting skills
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for technical drawing and drafting
