Our client based in Durban requires an IT Support Technician to support internal employees with the following:Workstation (Laptop/Desktop) SupportServer supportAnti-Virus for all workstations & servers (Desktop/Laptop) Bitdefender LicenseFirewall Administration SupportNetwork Device Support Switches + Wi-Fi Access PointsLiaison and support with Fibre Service provider and VOIPNetwork connectivity of electronic devices, including scanners, and printers, photo copiersWorkstation Support includes:Microsoft 365 ManagementMicrosoft Teams & Zoom troubleshooting & supportWarranty Report generated monthly with EOL dates for workstationsActive Directory supportEmail support ExchangePassword changesScheduled Patch Management for workstations (Microsoft Windows)Scheduled firmware updates To be scheduled after hours*Connectivity troubleshootingMonthly Executive Summary ReportKnowledgeable & experienced in IT SupportKnowledgeable in recommendations for hardware/software requirements/upgradesAll new Desktops/laptops pre-configured before handed to usersMust have relevant qualifications and experience on the above support roleA Consultant will be in touch if you are shortlisted for the position.
