Senior Sales and Design Consultant

- Engage with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
- Develop and present creative kitchen and interior design solutions that align with client requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Guide clients through the full sales and design process, from concept to final installation.
- Liaise with suppliers and installers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current trends, products, and materials in the kitchen and interior design industry.
- Prepare accurate quotations and documentation for client approval.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and consistent communication.
- Proven experience in sales with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related qualification.
- A passion for customer service and design excellence.
- Solid knowledge of the kitchen industry, including materials and finishes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects.
- Project management experience is preferable.
- Experience using Winner Design software is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Salary: negotiable.
