• Master’s in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or related field (PhD = gold star)
• 0–2 years’ experience in data science or machine learning
• Strong coding skills in Python or R
• Understanding of statistical modelling and ML algorithms
• Bonus points for exposure to Azure, AWS, Spark, or Hadoop
• Visualisation skills in Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Any financial modelling or consulting exposure is a big plus
