Grade 12
Hospitality related qualification
Strong administrative skills
Proficient computer skills
Excellent management and leadership capabilities with cultural awareness
Good overall knowledge on service and Food & Beverage operations
High level of attention to detail
Confident, well-spoken and presentable individual
Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
Exceptional people skills
