Job Summary Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day courier operations
Lead and motivate drivers, dispatch staff, and ops support teams
Oversee delivery performance, route planning, and fleet efficiency
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transport regulations
Troubleshoot service disruptions, delays, or escalations in real-time
Collaborate with warehouse, fleet, and customer service departments
Track and report on operational KPIs and implement performance improvements

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in courier, transport, or last-mile logistics management
Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and routing tools
5-7 years of operations or logistics management experience
Clear communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions and delivery volume
