We aim to provide recently Winding Engine Driver students with an opportunity to gain exposure to the work environment for a limited duration contract period of 12 months as a Learner Winding Engine Driver. Our Learnership Programme is a unique opportunity to gain necessary skills in the mining industry and also gain exposure to field of expertise as well as acquire critical business competencies.Minimum Requirements:

Matric with pure Mathematics and Physical Sciences
Onsetter Certificate of Competency
Good communication skills.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Onsetter
Basic computer literacy will be advantageous.
Medically fit
