Salary Range: Base Salary (USD) + CommissionAbout the RoleWe’re hiring a remote Sales Executive based in Latin America to support a fast-growing U.S. company specializing in cost segregation and energy tax services. This is a client-facing, outbound sales role ideal for motivated professionals with a strong background in prospecting and closing B2B deals.You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to new prospects, educating them on high-value tax strategies, and helping convert qualified leads into long-term clients.What You’ll Be DoingProspect and build outbound lead lists through research, outreach, cold calls, and email campaignsEngage decision-makers to understand their business needs and identify how our services can helpDeliver consultative sales presentations on cost segregation and energy tax incentivesSupport proposal creation and deal negotiation alongside our U.S.-based internal teamMaintain accurate records in the CRM and report on weekly/monthly sales activityCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth handoffs to client onboarding teamsStay informed on industry trends and competitors to improve outbound strategiesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally B2B or professional servicesProven success in building and managing a pipeline of prospectsExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsTech-savvy with experience using CRM tools and Microsoft OfficeHighly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote settingWillingness to learn technical concepts related to U.S. tax strategy (training provided)Prior experience selling to U.S. businesses is a plusWhy You’ll Love This JobWork directly with a U.S.-based leadership team and tax expertsCompetitive base salary plus commission structureFully remote – work from anywhere in LATAMClear path for growth, bonuses, and promotionsOngoing sales training and professional developmentBe part of a company that’s making a real financial impact for its clientsReady to join a high-impact team and grow your career in specialized financial sales?
