Key Responsibilities:Safety First:

The Shift Leader must demonstrate 100% commitment to zero-harm behaviors, supporting the organization's drive toward developing a world-class safety culture. Operating machines/equipment in accordance with safe work instructions and adhering to safety and housekeeping procedures is crucial.

Production:

The role involves managing production and cost-effective resource management of shift employees. Implementing sustainable systems to control daily targets and outputs is a key responsibility.

Administration:

The Shift Leader will perform administrative functions, coordinating and controlling production administrative systems in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and any statutory regulations or legislation.

People Management:

The role includes managing, developing, and motivating staff to achieve company objectives.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

A relevant degree or equivalent from a two-year tertiary institute or college is required.
Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced computer literacy (MS Office).
Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
