- The role involves managing production and cost-effective resource management of shift employees. Implementing sustainable systems to control daily targets and outputs is a key responsibility.
- The Shift Leader will perform administrative functions, coordinating and controlling production administrative systems in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and any statutory regulations or legislation.
- The role includes managing, developing, and motivating staff to achieve company objectives.
- A relevant degree or equivalent from a two-year tertiary institute or college is required.
- Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office).
- Ability to read and interpret documents. Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
