- Conduct hardware and software testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
- Report defects and concerns to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Investigate and troubleshoot bugs or faults reported by internal and external stakeholders.
- Test updated firmware and new hardware to ensure compatibility with existing products.
- Create and maintain documentation for hardware suitability and compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete and test sprint milestones.
- Provide general product support to internal teams.
- Assist with testing both web portal and mobile software.
- A qualification in software and hardware testing, such as an ISTQB/SASTQB qualification, is beneficial.
- Must have a basic understanding of software testing.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities are required.
- Must be capable of working at a fast pace.
- Good communication and team collaboration skills are necessary.
- Previous experience in IT, hardware testing, or software testing is advantageous.
