Production Technician

The role is responsible for machine set-ups, changeovers, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal production performance. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide technical guidance to supervisors. This position requires strong problem-solving ability, hands-on technical skills, and the flexibility to work standby when required.Minimum requirements:
- Electrical/Electronic Artisan or Millwright qualification with Red Seal Certificate
- ±5 years’ experience in manufacturing or continuous production environments
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- ERP system experience (MES, SAP, Oracle, EFI)
- Logical problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
- Willingness to work shifts and provide standby support
