- Create PMGM and PMWA work orders for all departments on SAP
- Monitoring MRP in Engineering Stores
- Create purchase requisitions and do daily receipting
- Daily reporting on SAP orders status
- Responsible for work order confirmations and technical completions
- Assist both Store Controller and Engineering Buyer
- Executing effective admin housekeeping by filing documents, certificates and legal documents
- Compiling monthly management reports
- Assist with Engineering Stores issues and cycle counts
- Assist with the compiling and monitoring of the departments budget
- Actively participate in all Mini business activities
- Actively monitor SAP order backlog and follow-up with Suppliers
- Matric / Grade 12 or relevant NQF 3 qualifications.
- Computer literate in MS Office and knowledge of SAP system
- Budget and cost controlling experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and Engineering abilities are essential
- Knowledge of Engineering spares in bottling environment
- Knowledge of sourcing parts / quotes
- Very good knowledge of Excel (graphs and formulae)
- Knowledge of workshop tools and apparatus
- Must be able to work well within a team
- Good Communication skills (Inter-Departmental and customer).
- Must be able to work overtime when requested
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Accurate and methodical worker
- Ability to initiate action without being urged on to do so
- To reflect good leadership behaviour towards colleagues, superior and company values
- Ability to ensure that Supplier conform to delivery dates
