- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Honours or Master's degree preferred).
- Relevant certifications in architecture (e.g., TOGAF, ArchiMate) or system integration platforms (e.g., TM Forum frameworks, API standards).
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in software/system design and architecture, with at least 5 years in the telecommunications industry.
- Proven experience in hands-on technical roles, including system implementation, scripting, performance optimization, or integration delivery.
- Experience working with OSS/BSS platforms, provisioning systems, CRM, billing engines, inventory management, and network management systems.
- Demonstrated involvement in multi-system integration, data migrations, and end-to-end solution rollouts.
- Solid track record in operational support, incident triage, and technical issue resolution.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications architectures and operational models (FTTx, VoIP, IP/MPLS, Layer 2/3 network services).
- Proficient in data modeling, relational databases (SQL), and API design (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with middleware, ESB, and messaging platforms.
- Hands-on experience with scripting (e.g., Python, Bash) and system automation is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), observability tooling (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana), and monitoring best practices.
