- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through meetings, calls, and emails.
- Visit potential customers to explore new business opportunities.
- Host clients at the branch for equipment demonstrations.
- Market and promote printing and print finishing products effectively.
- Deliver products to customers when in the area (if required).
- Gather market and customer information to identify buying trends and prospects.
- Participate in trade exhibitions, product demonstrations, and industry events.
- Complete sales-related administration and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a sales role.
- Printing industry experience is essential.
- Proven ability to research and identify prospective customers.
- Strong knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in computer applications and report writing.
