Job Purpose:Handle all duties pertaining to the processing, organizing, and packing of goods received from suppliers, storage and dispatched to Retail Shops. Maintaining an inventory of all warehouse goods and operate all material handling equipment to load, sort and unload goods.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:Experience:
At least 2 years’ experience as a packer/merchandiser within a warehouse environmentSkills:

Able to read, comprehend, and legibly write English
Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Ability to use a simple calculator
Able to use both hands to package product
Able to stand at work stations and use material handling equipment to move products
Able to operate digital and dial scales
Must be able to adapt to the different challenges in the warehouse environment taking on various responsibilities as the job

evolves.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:

Provide efficient warehouse packing support service
To remove product from shelves, inspect to customer specifications from the Picking slip and hand pack into prescribed carton
Manage the quality levels on all production to satisfy both company and customer expectations
Assist with inventory control and all stock counts
