Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidation
Oversee the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-off
Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
Serve as a company secretary, ensuring compliance across the group
Manage reporting packs and coordinate external audit processes
Direct the annual preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and handle tax computation and submission
Monitor investee performance on a monthly basis
Play a key role in valuation preparation and review
Manage covenant monitoring and debt management processes

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting
BCom Honours
CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accountant role and financial manager experience
Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel
Preferably, experience in a holding company or diverse group setting
CaseWare knowledge highly advantageous

Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
A collaborative team player with high integrity
