- Qualifications: MArch or MTech + SACAP registration
- Experience: 5+ years post qualification, with project/team leadership
- Skills: Fluent in English & Spanish; expert in Revit, BIM workflows, and Adobe Suite; strong technical + construction insight
- Other: SA citizen or valid permit; clean credit & criminal record; flexible, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
- Lead design through all project phases: inception, schematic, development, construction documentation
- Manage project budgets, value engineering, and cost tracking
- Mentor and oversee architects, designers, technologists
- Host meetings, manage RFIs and SIs, and coordinate vendor deliverables
- Ensure BIM implementation, quality control, and document precision
- Collaborate with procurement to refine specifications and supplier partnerships
- Steer impactful architectural work-from concept to handover
- Lead a multi-talented team and shape studio processes
