Duties
  • Attending all Break Downs.
  • Interpreting manuals and instructions in order to perform duties.
  • Assembling, installing, repairing, troubleshooting and maintaining electronic components and systems
  • Repairing of failed machine parts during shift.
  • Be able to distinguish various colors of wires and electronic systems and sections.
  • Ensuring all tools are operating and accordance to health and safety regulations
  • Spares are maintained in order in the department stores.
  • Maintaining 5S in their respective areas.
  • Checking the machine health during the PM/Job change over)
  • Providing training and supervision for new trainees
  • Perform safety checks to ensure design plans have been implemented accordingly and product is working.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Inform the break downs, if not able to solve in defined time to Shift In charge.
  • Repairing of the machine part and inform Manager/Shift In charge for the requirement.
  • Arranging spares in department stores in proper order so that at the time of break down the same are available quickly.
  • In Respective area 5S to be maintained.
  • If the part failed and if possible, to be repaired in his own shift and inform the shift in charge for the same.
  • During job change over checking the machine health time-to-time.
  • Ensure local and national codes are followed and proper materials are used throughout electrical systems.
Qualifications
  • Minimum relevant experience of 2- 6 years
ITI Electronics/DiplomaSkills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent writing, verbal and telephonic communication skills
  • Should have the in-depth technical knowhow of electronics
  • Willing to receive constructive feedback and grow
