Be part of a growing finance team in a fast-paced, global software environment
Play a key role in delivering insights and driving business decisions
Work directly with senior leaders, including the Group Finance Director
Help shape financial processes, improve efficiency, and strengthen data quality

What you will be doing:

Lead monthly consolidation across multiple subsidiaries and currencies
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data
Maintain and develop financial models for analysis, scenario planning, and decision support
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning activities
Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
Promote the use of BI tools and advanced Excel for better reporting and analysis

What we are looking for:

Qualified Accountant CA(SA)
Strong FP&A and business partnering experience in multi-entity, multi-currency settings
Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise, BI/reporting tools advantageous
Familiarity with SaaS/software metrics (ARR, GRR, NRR, churn, and related KPIs)
Proven track record in process improvement and technology adoption
Strong analytical skills, able to turn complex data into clear insights
