- Strategic Insight: Delve into client briefs, dissect market dynamics, and devise strategic yet inventive solutions.
- Client Engagement: Spearhead comprehensive presentations that vividly articulate the creative strategy to clients.
- Artistic Direction: Offer visionary guidance to designers and creatives, ensuring seamless execution of conceptualized ideas.
- Practical Campaign Crafting: Develop campaigns grounded in practicality, seamlessly aligning with consumer shopping journeys.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and ignite inspiration within a team of creatives to yield exceptional outcomes.
- Outcome-Oriented Execution: Oversee projects from inception to fruition, ensuring alignment with ROI and KPI targets.
- Stakeholder Relations: Foster and sustain robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A minimum of a decade's worth of experience in creative leadership.
- Advanced credentials in Marketing, Advertising, or related disciplines.
- Proven track record in FMCG/consumer domains is imperative.
- Proficiency in presentation, communication, and team management.
