2. Ensure all payroll transactions are processed in a timely manner
3. Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits on a regular schedule
4. Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information
5. Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees
6. Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
7. Monitor and resolve any payroll discrepancies
8. Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll laws and regulations
9. Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data
10. Assist with year-end payroll activities and tax reportingQualifications:1. High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
3. Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
5. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
