- 2-3 years telesales or customer support experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment
- Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with the ability to communicate on all levels.
- Computer literate (Knowledge of Embrace will be advantageous).
- Generate sales, maintain Agrinet’s current client base and assist Customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide telephone Support which includes answering phone calls, handling customer queries and ensure that the query is resolved by liaising with relevant departments.
- Responsible for the telesales regarding general hardware products which includes giving feedback to internal and external clients; and drawing up quotations on the system (Embrace).
- Follow up on quotations on a daily basis.
- Tasks also includes the handling of SADC certification, BV inspections, Buy-outs, export claims and dealing with transport companies
- Handling own administration and documentation.
