Our client is seeking to employ an experienced and competent Support Centre Consultant.Minimum Requirements:
  • Grade 12.
  • 2-3 years telesales or customer support experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment
  • Bilingual (Afrikaans and English) with the ability to communicate on all levels.
  • Computer literate (Knowledge of Embrace will be advantageous).
Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but is not limited to the following:
  • Generate sales, maintain Agrinet’s current client base and assist Customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide telephone Support which includes answering phone calls, handling customer queries and ensure that the query is resolved by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Responsible for the telesales regarding general hardware products which includes giving feedback to internal and external clients; and drawing up quotations on the system (Embrace).
  • Follow up on quotations on a daily basis.
  • Tasks also includes the handling of SADC certification, BV inspections, Buy-outs, export claims and dealing with transport companies
  • Handling own administration and documentation.
