• Supervise night shift pickers and team leaders.
• Monitor picking accuracy, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Conduct handover with day shift managers for seamless operations.
• Manage absenteeism, discipline, and staff motivation.
• Escalate operational issues to the Operations Manager.

• Grade 12; logistics diploma advantageous.
• 3+ years warehouse shift management experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems (SAP, WMS).
• Strong leadership and conflict management skills.
• Must be able to work night shifts.
• Team management skills is essential.
• Target driven.
• Departmental coordination.
• Strong skill and knowledge within the picking department
