Your leadership will empower their brokerage network, harnessing deep industry expertise and leveraging strong relationships for sustainable success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture Broker Partners across South Africa’s diverse markets.
  • Drive strategic growth in existing business units, enhancing revenue and market presence.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a results-oriented team of new business sales executives.
  • Collaborate closely with compliance, underwriting, and operational teams to ensure seamless partnership experiences.
  • Foster an entrepreneurial and hands-on culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
  • Develop and execute performance metrics and growth targets aligned with company objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Financial Services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, brokerage growth, or insurance business development.
  • Established and respected network within the short-term insurance industry.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills with an ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to driving business results and overcoming challenges.
