- Recruit, onboard, and nurture Broker Partners across South Africa’s diverse markets.
- Drive strategic growth in existing business units, enhancing revenue and market presence.
- Build, mentor, and lead a results-oriented team of new business sales executives.
- Collaborate closely with compliance, underwriting, and operational teams to ensure seamless partnership experiences.
- Foster an entrepreneurial and hands-on culture that encourages innovation and accountability.
- Develop and execute performance metrics and growth targets aligned with company objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Management, Marketing, Financial Services, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, brokerage growth, or insurance business development.
- Established and respected network within the short-term insurance industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with an ability to inspire and develop talent.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.
