- Qualified Artisan - Trade Certificate (Red Seal) (Essential)
- 5 – 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must have worked on CNC Lathes, Horizontal and Vertical borers
- Experience in programming of CNC controls, Fagor, Siemens, and Fanuc
- Maintain precision equipment to reduce downtime
- Review and interpret technical drawings and models
- Set up, calibrate, and program CNC machine to execute specific manufacturing tasks
- Make adjustments during operation to achieve desired tolerances (0.02mm)
- Inspect final machined product to ensure conformity by making use of measuring equipment like verniers and callipers
