- Manage the new vehicle sales department and ensure monthly targets are achieved.
- Lead, guide, and support the sales team to maximise performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
- Provide regular reporting on departmental results to senior management.
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience as a New Vehicle Sales Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, closing, and customer service abilities.
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
