Salary: Market RelatedJob Summary: Oversee all aspects of the production process to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Lead the production team, manage resources efficiently, and uphold health and safety regulations.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Coordinate schedules, budgets, and inter-departmental collaboration.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff.
- Resource Management: Optimize use of materials and labor, manage inventory.
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance and conduct safety audits.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5+ years of production management experience, preferably in shopfitting or custom manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
