, ,Our client is seeking a proven Cyber Security Manager to lead their global cybersecurity operations spanning 20+ countries.   • A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or similar
  • 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a complex global software environment
  • Proven experience managing cybersecurity in a multinational context
  • Strong working knowledge of enterprise security technologies and best practices
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and incident response leadership
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable
  • A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to influence at all levels
Key Responsibilities
  • Define, implement, and manage the global cybersecurity strategy
  • Conduct and oversee risk assessments, compliance audits, and mitigation planning
  • Lead cybersecurity incident response processes end-to-end
  • Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and standards
  • Manage core security tools and technologies (SIEM, IAM, firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security into projects and systems
  • Drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training across regions
  • Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols
