A degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Security, or similar
7+ years' experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a complex global software environment
Proven experience managing cybersecurity in a multinational context
Strong working knowledge of enterprise security technologies and best practices
Experience in regulatory compliance and incident response leadership
Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA) highly desirable
A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to influence at all levels

Key Responsibilities

Define, implement, and manage the global cybersecurity strategy
Conduct and oversee risk assessments, compliance audits, and mitigation planning
Lead cybersecurity incident response processes end-to-end
Establish and maintain cybersecurity policies, frameworks, and standards
Manage core security tools and technologies (SIEM, IAM, firewalls, antivirus, etc.)
Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security into projects and systems
Drive internal cybersecurity awareness and training across regions
Maintain and test business continuity and disaster recovery protocols
