  • Assist walk-in customers with product selection, including tyres, batteries, shocks, brakes, exhausts, and other fitment services
  • Drive sales through excellent customer service and expert product knowledge
  • Provide accurate quotations and process sales efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
  • Upsell related products and services based on customer needs
  • Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure smooth job flow and client satisfaction
  • Maintain an organised showroom and ensure display stock is current and well-presented
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the branch's performance
Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience in the tyre, automotive, or fitment industry is highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Goal-driven with a passion for customer service and sales
  • Basic technical knowledge of tyres, shocks, brakes, and related fitment products
  • Reliable, honest, and able to work in a team environment
  • Computer literate (POS systems, basic admin)
  • Matric certificate or equivalent
