Key Responsibilities Operational Support
  • Assist in overseeing daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams.
  • Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction.
Team Leadership
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff.
  • Motivate and supervise team members to maintain high performance and morale.
  • Assist with scheduling and rostering.
Guest Experience
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a guest-centric culture focused on personalized service.
Inventory & Cost Control
  • Assist in managing stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships.
  • Support budget monitoring and cost control initiatives.
Compliance & Standards
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Help enforce brand standards and operating procedures.
Minimum Experience & Requirements
  • Matric; Hospitality qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid RSA ID and Drivers Licence preferred.
