Corporate ConsultantOur client, a prominent provider of financial wellness solutions, is looking for enthusiastic and results-driven Corporate Consultants to become part of their expanding sales team in Cape Town, Western Cape. This position focuses on engaging directly with employees at partnered corporate sites, introducing them to a comprehensive range of financial wellness products. It is well-suited to confident sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and achieving ambitious business goals.Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of Matric or a relevant NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in direct, client-facing sales (ideally within the financial services sector).
  • Demonstrated success in consistently reaching or surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work without close supervision while managing priorities effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transport, with flexibility to travel frequently to client sites.
  • RE 1 and/or RE 5 certification is beneficial but not essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Conduct on-site visits to employer premises to connect with staff, share information, and answer questions about available financial wellness solutions.
  • Product Promotion: Introduce, explain, and encourage uptake of a full range of financial wellness services.
  • Lead Generation & Qualification: Gather and evaluate potential client information during visits, ensuring details are accurate and complete (full training provided).
  • Onboarding Support: Submit required client documentation to ensure smooth product application and activation.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain professional partnerships with company representatives and their employees.
  • Performance Delivery: Achieve assigned sales objectives while contributing to broader team targets.
  • After-Sales Care: Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
