Job Summary:The primary purpose is to actively oversee, receive, send and move the devices coming to and from the repair centre while maintaining the accuracy, safety and productivity of the repair centre.Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the workshop with minor duties whenever possible.
Ensure tidiness and neatness in the receiving and dispatch bays.
Updating the company system via a scanner to enable to track all the repairs on a system-based platform.
Responsible for the movement of incoming and outgoing repairs.
Ensure that traceability of the repairs is achieved throughout the repair process and kept in their respective locations.
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
Ensuring measures are in place to allow accurate stock take to follow

Formal Education and Experience:

Matric (Grade 12)
Basic MS computer skills.
Warehouse background/experience advantageous.
Technical background/experience advantageous

Required skills and competencies:

Well organized and focused on service delivery.
An aptitude for accurate stock movement and counting.
Ability to Multitask and prioritize.
Strict adherence to operating procedures.
Good written and verbal communication skills

Dirk-Johan Mayer and anyone else deemed necessary.

Working hours:

Monday to Thursday from 07h30 to 16h00 and Friday from 07h30 to 14h00
