  • The delivery of customer service;
  • Stock control and needs analysis;
  • Staff supervision; and
  • Proactive marketing and sales.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Grade 12 / Std 10;
  • Two (2) years general retail experience preferably in the agricultural sector;
  • Computer literacy will be an advantage;
  • Ability to work independently and with limited supervision;
  • Excellent sales skills;
  • General management skills including personnel management;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good communication skills in both Afrikaans and English;
  • Must not be allergic to dust;
  • Physically able to lift and carry items of up to 50 kg;
  • Willing to work weekends and overtime when required;
  • Valid forklift license will be an advantage; and
  • Code EC1 drivers licence will be an advantage.
