? Benefits: Pension after 3 monthsAbout the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative who is passionate about new business development. This is not a typical internal sales/order-taking role; the focus is on actively identifying and securing new clients through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and strategic targeting.The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively over the phone, and can consistently open new doors without face-to-face meetings.Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities.
- Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products/services to confidently present to potential clients.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline and track performance using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and admin teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Proven experience in proactive sales or business development (not order-taking).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone and email.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in an office-based role.
- Comfortable working with targets and commission structures.
- Reside in or near Kempton Park (non-negotiable).
- CRM or sales software experience is a plus.
- Basic Salary: R18,000
- Commission on new business
- Pension Fund (after 3-month probation)
