As a Solar Sales Agent, youll turn curiosity into commitment, helping customers see how solar fits seamlessly into their lives. Youll own the full sales cycle - from first contact to signed contract - and make sure every client walks away feeling confident, excited, and ready to Be In Charge.Duties:Sales & Prospecting
  • Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand energy needs and present tailored solar solutions.
Customer Engagement
  • Build trust by actively listening and providing clear, easy-to-understand proposals and presentations.
  • Become the go-to advisor for all things solar, keeping clients informed and empowered.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in Zoho CRM.
Closer Extraordinaire
  • Negotiate like a pro to secure win-win outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Deliver exceptional after-sales service to foster long-term relationships and referrals.
Industry & Innovation
  • Stay up to date on solar trends, products, and regulations.

What Were Looking For
  • 3-5 years experience in a high-volume, B2C sales role (solar or related industry a plus).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace.
  • High school diploma required, degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
