- 3-5 years experience in a high-volume, B2C sales role (solar or related industry a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Google Workspace.
- High school diploma required, degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
