- Setting up residential routers
- Daily reports on problems and resolutions
- Ensuring a fast turn around time to queries
- Reporting up the line with regards to physical fibre issues
- New customer installations
- Matric
- Relevant Information Technology Degree or Diploma advantageous
- 3 years experience in a similar role
- IP addressing and subnetting knowledge
- General network and internet understanding
- ISP experience advantageous
- Router configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of wireless networks
- Ticketing, and answering customer queries via the phone
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Customer service orientated
- Must have a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Good problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills will be advantageous
- Own transport
- Clear credit record
- No criminal record
- Solid and positive references
