Hire Resolve's client, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Officer to join their team. As a Safety Officer in the construction industry, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining health and safety measures to ensure a safe work environment for all employees and subcontractors. You will conduct regular inspections, identify potential hazards, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards
Provide safety training and education to employees and subcontractors
Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and standards
Maintain safety records and documentation

Requirements

Proven experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
Relevant safety certifications or qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
