We are looking to recruit an Administrative Clerk to administer all routine and non-routine administration tasks for the Quality, Safety and Health department on a daily basis.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Analyses Reports for clients.
  • Arrange annual instrument and equipment services & calibrations.
  • Handle quotations, orders, payments and courier arrangements.
  • Assist with PPE ordering and issuing.
  • Complete Toolbox Talks with Administration & SHEQ personnel.
  • Assist with waste management.
  • Issue product Certificates of Compliance – signing, scanning, storing of digital copies and distributing physical copies.
  • Keep up a manual that records and prescribes the requirements of the different customers.
  • Provide administrative support – photocopying, scanning and e-mailing and any other adhoc duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Matric / Grade 12 or NQF equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years related experience.
  • Computer knowledge of MS office is a prerequisite.
  • QDocs and Syspro experience will be advantageous.
