Assistant Wildlife/Reserve Manager

• Assist in daily reserve operations, including wildlife monitoring, habitat management, and anti-poaching efforts.
• Support game drives, guiding guests with expert knowledge and ensuring safety and memorable experiences.
• Monitor animal health and welfare, reporting any concerns promptly.
• Help implement conservation and environmental sustainability initiatives.
• Assist with staff training and supervision.
• Maintain accurate records of wildlife, vegetation, and incidents.
• Support compliance with all regulatory and environmental requirements.

• FGASA Level 1 qualification is mandatory.
• Previous experience in wildlife or reserve management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of indigenous flora and fauna.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in remote and physically demanding environments.
• Valid RSA ID and Driver’s Licence required.
