Job Summary Duties include, but not limited to • Perform complete bookkeeping/accounting functions and daily transaction entries from branches • Reconcile purchases for stock and services against supplier statements • Processing bank and credit card transactions and recons • Posting journals • Reconciling control accounts • Processing and submitting the VAT accurately • Forex payments, revaluations, and reconciliations • Asset tracking and depreciation records • Loading payments • Preparing audit files after year end • Establish, maintain and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures • Dealing with general administration tasks, filing and binding • Performing any other reasonable duties as required by management Minimum Requirements • CV with traceable references and documents • Financial qualification (Certificate, Diploma or Degree) • 3 years minimum experience The following is advantageous • Written articles • Worked in an accountancy practice (if bookkeeper) • Knowledge or working experience of Zoho Books Salary & benefits • Gross basic - motor industry related & experience dependent • Provident fund
