Job Summary Security Warehouse Properties is seeking a reliable and experienced General Maintenance Worker to ensure the ongoing upkeep, functionality, and safety of our property. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of general building maintenance, basic repairs, and be capable of carrying out a wide range of tasks across the premises. Key Responsibilities 1. Perform general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and plastering. 2. Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as painting, filling cracks, replacing locks, and minor tiling or waterproofing. 3. Replace light bulbs, fix door handles, unblock drains, and perform other hands-on repair duties as needed. Candidate Requirements • Preferably aged between 30 - 50 years. • Proven experience in general building maintenance and repairs. • Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. • Experience in painting, plastering, and general handyman work is highly advantageous. • Physically fit, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
