We’re now seeking skilled contract engineers to join us on the front lines of applied AI.What You'll DoAs a contract AI Engineer, you’ll serve as a key technical voice on client engagements and work as a hands-on builder who loves turning ideas into reality.Architect & Build: Contribute to the design and development of custom AI systems—from initial technical specs to production deployment.Solve Client Problems: Work directly with internal and client teams to understand business requirements, create a technical roadmap, and help execute the development plan.Shape Internal Practice: Help improve our frameworks, toolkits, and delivery playbooks for higher-quality and more efficient project execution.Harden AI Prototypes: Turn demos into production-ready services—containerized, observable, secure, and scalable.What We're Looking ForWe value practical thinkers with a consultative mindset over a strict number of years on a resume.
