Are you a versatile and detail-oriented Junior Residential Development Manager hungry for a stimulating opportunity with a well-established and dynamic development company?Our client is a rapidly expanding firm specialising in crafting premium residential units in the Durban North region. With over two decades of expertise, they boast collaborations with renowned industry names. Committed to elevating lifestyle standards. To fuel their momentum, they seek a sharp-minded problem-solver to oversee development administration, reporting directly to the Senior Development Manager.Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Steering project scope, time line, and budget.
Facilitating communication with the professional team.
Orchestrating the town planning/zoning process and associated administration.
Engaging with diverse funding stakeholders.
Supervising tender approval and budgetary management.
Conducting cash flow forecasting and processing any expenses beyond the key contract scope for bi-monthly cash flow.
Appointing and managing the performance of the professional team.
Spearheading the development administration unit.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Property Studies, Construction, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, coupled with a demonstrable track record of at least seven years in property development. Crucially, candidates should have hands-on experience in high-end Residential, Senior Living, or Hospitality development realms. Articulate and meticulously attentive, you will adeptly uphold project order and readily don any necessary hat to ensure success.
