💰 Rate: Up to R500 per hourWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Test Manager to lead the design, execution, and governance of a comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) strategy across a large-scale, multi-vendor programme in the banking and financial services sector.This role demands a strong personality, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to communicate clearly, factually, and with confidence at all levels - from technical teams to executive stakeholders.What you'll do:Lead the development and delivery of end-to-end QA strategies covering SIT, UAT, performance, and regression testing.Define governance frameworks, KPIs, and vendor accountability measures.Oversee QA team onboarding, performance management, and test readiness from SIT to UAT.Manage testing scorecards, coverage metrics, and quality reporting.Facilitate workshops, capture requirements, and secure stakeholder sign-off.Ensure audit-ready documentation, including risk assessments, test artefacts, and change management packs.Drive best practices in defect management, automation integration, and CI/CD alignment.What we're looking for:8+ years in senior QA leadership or test management within large, complex programmes.Proven banking or financial services experience.Strong track record in multi-vendor environments.Deep expertise in governance frameworks, performance testing, and automation-enabled regression packs.Exceptional stakeholder engagement and factual communication skills.Proficiency in QA tooling and configuration management.Clear credit record - no judgements or defaults (mandatory for Financial Services sector).Able to work full-time on-site in Rosebank, Johannesburg.If you're ready to take ownership of quality outcomes in one of South Africa's leading financial institutions, apply today.
